This bootcamp will consist of collective workshops, team coaching sessions, and interviews with experts to help attendees design their business idea models and test it outside the lab.
Romanian deeptech startup .lumen, from VT’s second cohort of participants, recently raised a record-breaking €1 million in a single day via Seedblink - an equity and investment platform allowing European tech companies and their stakeholders to access, manage, and trade equity. The funds were raised during a pitch event where over 600 investors gathered to witness .lumen’s Cornel Amariei present his startup’s technology.
Ventures Thrive is working closely with sister projects SynergistEIC, X2.0, and AcrossLimits (the driving force behind the Women TechEU programme) in co-organising an upcoming public masterclass, titled ‘Understanding the SAFE Note’. The webinar will be led by guest speaker Dan Kim from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe - the leading international law firm who designed the original SAFE Note for Y-Combinator.
EISMEA has launched a call for tenders regarding Business and Investment Insights for EIC Strategic Intelligence. The contract seeks to provide business and investment insights, including overall market patterns and trends and monitoring of performance and impact of EIC beneficiaries.
The fourth edition of the EUIPA has been launched by the EC, with applications being accepted until 26 September 2024 (17:00 CET). The contest will award six prizes, in total, across the following two categories: The Facing Societal Changes category, and The Innovation Procurement Initiative category.
